Shannon Robinson is a former corporate lawyer and corporate advisor with extensive international experience in providing general corporate, capital raising, transaction and strategic advice, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and the listings of companies on the ASX & AIM. She also has extensive knowledge in due diligence, compliance, and managing legal issues associated with clients' activities.
Ms Robinson is admitted to practice law in WA and the High Court.
She is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
