Northern Minerals managing director George Bauk has been named the new chair of lithium miner Cobre Montana.
Previous to his move to Northern Minerals, Mr Bauk was managing director of Indago Resources (formerly Western Metals) and previously held senior roles at WMC Resources and Arafura Resources.
Former Forge Group general counsel Robert Mancini has been appointed head of legal and company secretary for Adelaide-based Oz Minerals.
Before his time at Forge, Mr Mancini was general manager of legal at UGL resources.
Macmahon Holdings has announced the resignation of company secretary Chris Brown.
Mr Brown had served as legal counsel and company secretary for the company since 2011.
Avanco Resources has appointed accountant and consultant Vernon Tidy to its board.
Mr Tidy was a partner in the Perth office of EY until 2008, where he headed the mining and metals industry group of the company.
Carnavale Resources non-executive director Klaus Eckhof has resigned.
Mr Eckhof had served as a director since 2008.
