Taejin Kim has resigned as a non-executive director of Stargroup. Mr Kim had joined the board of Stargroup in 2015.
Tim Kennedy has been appointed as a non-executive director of Millennium Minerals. Mr Kennedy was most recently working as an exploration manager with Independence Group. He has also held positions with PNC Exploration, Hunter Resources, Resolute Resources and a senior role with Anglo American.
In addition to Mr Kennedy’s appointment, Bruno Lorenzon has been appointed as an alternate director to Michael Chye. Mr Lorenzon is senior investment manager of Heritas Capital Management (Australia) and has more than 15 years’ experience in investments, strategy and corporate finance in the resources sector both in Australia and overseas.
Abraham Li has resigned as managing director of NKWE Platinum. Mr Li was appointed as a director of the company on December 17, 2013.
Tan Tielong has been appointed as the new managing director and chief executive officer of NKWE Platinum. Dr Tielong has been the deputy general manager of overseas development department of Zijin Mining Group since 2013.
