Warren Harding AM has over 20 years of consulting experience to senior management and boards in the energy, mining, utilities, resources and government sectors.
Mr Harding led Korn Ferry's energy, oil & gas practice across Asia Pacific and was head of its Perth office. He focuses on board, CEO and senior executive searches for strategic and multinational accounts.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr Harding led the Asia Pacific energy practice for a global executive search firm and was the managing partner of Accenture’s energy industry portfolio covering conventional, coal seam gas, downstream refining and retailing. Mr Harding has lived in Singapore and worked across all Asia Pacific countries where he was regional leader of Deloitte’s East Asia technology practice and managing director of PwC’s enterprise technology APAC practice. He was also a senior policy advisor to the West Australian Deputy Premier and Minister for Economic Development; Communications and Information Technology.
Mr Harding has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, with first-class honours, from the University of Western Australia; Postgraduate Diploma in Media; and was a British Council Scholar in Information Science at London School of Economics. He has been an adjunct professor at the Curtin University of Technology's Business School since October 2016.
In 2023, Mr Harding was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to business, to community health, and to the information technology industry.
