Tony Monaghan has more than 25 years of experience in the mining sector.

Prior to becoming chief executive of SMS Mining Services in November 2014, he was the chief financial officer, executive director and company secretary of HSE Mining.

Mr Monaghan holds a Masters of Business Administration, CPA, Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance, Masters in Strategic Business Management, and is a graduate of the Australian Institutes of Company Directors.
