Tom Laidlaw is the Managing Director and Head of Sydney Office at Infrastructure Capital Group Ltd. He joined Infrastructure Capital Group Ltd in February, 2012. Mr. Laidlaw has over 14 years global experience in infrastructure having worked in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom on opportunities in the transport, regulated utility, power and telecommunication sectors. His extensive experience, working on multi-billion dollar transactions, encompasses acquisitions by single clients as well as consortia, capital raisings and numerous debt financings. He has many years of experience in the purchasing and selling of infrastructure assets in multiple jurisdictions. He has experience in transportation assets (airports, ports, roads and rail) as well as regulated utilities. He is a board member of ICG and Flinders Ports. Mr. Laidlaw holds a Bachelor of Laws from Flinders University, Bachelor of Commerce from Flinders University, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, Corporate Finance, Securities Institute (Australia), and a Certificate in Corporate Finance, Securities Institute.
