Tod O'Dwyer

Tod O’Dwyer has over 30 years of experience in the residential development sector, focused primarily on the development of masterplanned communities. He joined Frasers Property Australia as general manager of development and design in May 2011, and was appointed general manager of WA Residential in April 2020. Prior to Frasers Property, Mr O'Dwyer spent 17 years with Delfin Lend Lease where he held a wide variety of roles including landscape manager of Forest Lake, design & environment manager, and regional general manager.
