Tim Grey-Smith is a business consultant with many years of experience engaging and negotiating on behalf of clients in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. A former City of Fremantle councillor (2009-2013), Mr Grey-Smith worked on a range of activation projects and was one of the driving forces behind Fremantle's recent revitalisation. He has particular experience in working with the State Government on planning, housing and liquor licensing issues.
