Tasmanian gold and base metals explorer Bass Metals has appointed Pierre Malherbe as chief financial officer and company secretary.Co-company secretary Susan Hunter will step down from the role at the end of the month.

Nicholas Clark has retired as executive director, strategy at Alexium International Group to focus on his young family in the US following the unexpected loss of his wife last year. Mr  Clark will also be stepping down from all public and community roles.

Gang Xu has been appointed non-executive director of RMA Energy. Mr  Xu has more than 20 years of senior management experience with companies in China, Australia and Korea.

Mick Bolto has resigned as chair of BrainChip Holdings. Louis DiNardo, the company’s chief executive and executive director, will become interim chair.
