Stephen Roberts is an experienced chair and non-executive director of listed and private commercial enterprises across financial services, bio-pharm logistics, agriculture and waste recycling sectors. He was the regional chief executive and senior partner of Mercer Investments Asia Pacific, and prior to that was the managing director of Russell Investments Australasia. Throughout his career, Mr Roberts has been the principal advisor to highly regarded large investment, superannuation and financial service companies. He has advised many companies on investment, asset and balance sheet management which included advice on the appropriate levels and
structures of corporate governance required to achieve successful management and implementation.
