Simone (Ellul) Hansen has almost two decades of senior leadership experience, having held key executive positions in the banking and finance sector across Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
In April 2021, Ms Hansen became the chief executive of Netball WA. Prior to that, she was the state manager of WA for Aussie Home Loans from February 2018 to August 2020. Ms Hansen had also been with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank for over 10 years (including as WA state manager for over 4 years) and at Commonwealth Bank's business banking division for over 2 years.
