Shane Devitt is the principal consultant at Dumaresq Creek which provides governance, risk management, internal audit and controls advisory services in Western Australia. In October 2019, he became executive leader of WA indigenous business and employment hub for the Wirrpanda Foundation, and general manager of Wirra Hub in February 2020. Wirra Hub is part of the federal government’s indigenous business development strategy, designed to help indigenous businesses take advantage of a growing number of commercial opportunities. Mr Devitt was a founding principal of PwC Indigenous Consulting (PIC) which is majority-owned, led and staffed by Indigenous Australians. Prior to that, he spent over 25 years providing governance, internal audit, controls optimisation and risk management services at PwC in Australia, New Zealand and USA.
