Russell Hardwick is a Certified Practicing Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 20 years of experience in a variety of private and public companies.
Mr Hardwick has extensive experience in corporate secretarial, capital raising and commercial management. He held the positions of director or company secretary for AIM- and ASX-listed companies, as well as senior executive positions within private companies.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
