Gold Road accepts Ramelius offer
Ramelius Resources has gained Gold Road Resources’ stake in Apollo Consolidated, as it moves to complete a $180 million takeover of the explorer.
Founded in 2009, Spartan Resources (SPR, formerly Gascoyne Resources) is an ASX-listed company that engages in the exploration of gold and base metal mineral properties in Australia.
It holds interests in the Dalgaranga Gold Project, Yalgoo Gold Project, and an advanced exploration and development project at Glenburgh–Mt Egerton.
The company acquired Firefly Resources in November 2021, and changed its name from Gascoyne Resources to Spartan Resources in August 2023.
