As the managing director and chief executive officer of Hawaiian Group, Russell Gibbs also sits on a number of boards including Satterley Property Group, Youth Focus and the West Coast Eagles. In 2009, Mr Gibbs was appointed to the Social Housing Taskforce Committee by the State Treasurer and he also sat on the Parliamentary Precinct Steering Committee the following year at the Premier's invitation.
