Rod Evans is an experienced company director and has been involved in successful startups, turnarounds and business growth across small, medium and large-scale businesses.
He chairs the boards of Cranecorp Australia (a crane services business) and Ashburton Assurance Australasia (a quality assurance audit business). Mr Evans also held board positions in civil, financial services, water supply, venture capital and community not-for-profit organisations.
He held senior roles in strategy and investment across a number of companies and government agencies including at Alinta when it was a top 50 ASX company, and as head of the resource sector investment attraction program for the Western Australian Government. Mr Evans was a senior executive with Neptune Marine Service and has experience working in the oil & gas subsea market. He has also worked on projects in Australia and overseas; and was involved in mergers, acquisitions and developing new initiatives with values up to AUD$20 billion.
