Robin Romero has extensive legal, accounting and commercial experience. This includes 15 years of in-house legal experience, predominantly in the mining services sector.

Ms Romero is the legal counsel and former executive director of FMR Investments (formerly Barminco) and a non-executive director of Rangelands Natural Resource Management Inc. She had also spent 11 years working in large commercial law and accounting firms including King & Wood Mallesons, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and KPMG where she serviced medium to large clients across diverse sectors, predominantly ASX-listed companies.

Ms Romero holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
