Robert Toms, chief executive of Health Support Services since 2017, has over 20 years of experience in utilities, retail, mining, management consulting, and in developing and implementing corporate strategy and business transformation. He also has significant experience with ICT program delivery, procurement and supply chain optimisation. Mr Toms graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, a Masters of Business Administration, and has completed the London Business School Emerging Leaders Program.
