Robert Banfield is the managing director and chair of Willie Creek Pearls.
Mr Banfield grew up in a wheat and sheep farming family. The family moved to Broome in 1989 and Mr Banfield was involved with Broome Buslines which provided a coach service throughout the Kimberley region including from Broome to Willie Creek Pearls. In 1994, the Banfield family acquired Willie Creek Pearls.
