Rob Bransby

Deputy Chair / Members Own Health Funds

After a successful career of 25 years at National Australia Bank, and then serving as chief executive of Sydney-based Medfin, Rob Bransby returned to Western Australia to join HBF as chief executive in August 2005. In late 2015, Mr Bransby announced that he would be stepping down from HBF in mid-2016 to run Perth Racing but in March 2016 he reversed that decision and announced he planned to stay with HBF. He stepped down as HBF CEO in early 2017, transitioning full-time to a non-executive director of several organisations.

Mr Bransby breeds race horses in the Swan Valley.
