Deputy Chief Executive / Insurance Commission of Western Australia
Rick Howe is the Deputy Chief Executive of the Insurance Commission of Western Australia. He joined the Commission in February 2015. Mr Howe is accountable for the operations of the two main insurance divisions within ICWA, the Compulsory Third Party scheme and RiskCover, as well as the Fraud Investigations and Business Improvement functions. He has more than twenty five years experience in senior executive and consulting roles in the broader financial services sector.
