Richard O’Loughlin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of WA. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a member of the Australian institute of Company Directors. Mr O'Loughlin spent 13 years with Woodside Petroleum in various finance and commercial roles including as group manager of strategy, chief financial officer of Woodside USA, group financial controller, and senior vice president of commercial & business development of Woodside Petroleum where he was responsible for growing its oil and gas business through acquisitions and new business development opportunities. Prior to joining Woodside, he held various finance and commercial roles at BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Itochu and the London Stock Exchange.
