Ranko Matic has over 20 years experience in the areas of financial and executive management, accounting, audit, business and corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. He also has considerable experience in a range of industries with particular exposure to public listed companies and large private enterprises.
Mr Matic is the director of a Chartered Accounting firm and a corporate advisory company. He has been involved in an advisory capacity in over 40 initial public offerings on the ASX, as well as several recapitalisations of public listed companies.
