How the WA Institute of Sport muscled-up their ICT during COVID
A complete IT infrastructure refresh by the WA Institute of Sport has released the handbrake on collaboration and IT Performance.
Ramzi Bahbah has over 18 years of experience in Managed IT services and consulting to businesses of all sizes. At the start of his career, he ran a boutique IT consultancy where he worked for 5 years before moving into an account nanagement and sales role at a Perth-based managed service provider. He then spent a year and a half helping to develop a startup IT business in WA.
In 2015, Mr Bahbah joined First Focus and during his time as state manager for WA, he oversaw the operations and growth of the state while delivering end-to-end ICT managed services to over 40 WA-based customers for 7 years. In 2022, he took over the pre-sales and consulting arm of First Focus, where he was tasked with delivering value to customers through strategic engagements and designing best-in-class solutions. Mr Bahbah left First Focus in January 2023 to become an account director and business development executive at NRI Australia and New Zealand, where he is responsible for developing its advisory & solutions (consulting) business within Western Australia. NRI offers customers a complete digital transformation service, from infrastructure and managed services, through to business and IT advice and solutions implementation.
Mr Bahbah holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, and is pursuing an MBA Program at Curtin Graduate School of Business.
