Philipp M-O Kin has extensive experience in the energy sector, and a specific background in project financing.
Mr Kin has been an associate director of BurnVoir Corporate Finance, a boutique firm specialising in debt and equity capital markets, since October 2017. His responsibilities include oil, gas & energy origination and
business development, executing complex national, international and interjurisdictional transactions across the energy and resources space; advising clients on acquisitions, divestments, privatisations, corporatisations, project and business restructuring.
Mr Kin was previously the lead WA LNG asset economist at Shell, head of oil & gas research at Royal Bank of Scotland, senior investment relations advisor at Oil Search, director of corporate finance at Baillieu Holst, and an oil & gas analyst at Argonaut. He began his career with Shell, initially working in the economics and business planning division before progressing through various roles to the position of Browse asset economist.
