Navitas names new CFO
Automotive Holdings Group chief financial officer Philip Mirams has signed on with education provider Navitas in the same role and will begin work in June.
Philip Mirams is an experienced senior finance executive across multiple industry sectors. He held senior roles in professional services, financial services, industrial services and in the automotive industry.
Mr Mirams also have substantial commercial experience in both large scale and small organisations with direct responsibility for critical commercial issues.
He also undertook a leading role in establishing a technology startup company on the ASX which successfully listed in 2010.

Automotive Holdings Group chief financial officer Philip Mirams has signed on with education provider Navitas in the same role and will begin work in June.
Philip Mirams has resigned as chief financial officer of Automotive Holdings Group following his appointment as chief financial officer of Navitas. He will commence work with education provider Navitas in June 2018.
Robert Brierley has been appointed a director of Emergent Resources. It is expected that Mr Brierley will be engaged in an executive capacity subject to completion of the proposed acquisition of Prometheus Mining.
The son of Navitas founder Rod Jones has been appointed the company's chief executive while former Wesfarmers executive Colin Pavolich has been appointed chief financial officer.
