Phil McKeiver has over 20 years of experience as a corporate and projects lawyer in private practice, government and with listed and private corporations. He also has more than 10 years of “in-house” experience at board and executive management team level in senior legal, managerial and company secretarial roles including significant experience in project development, legal compliance, dispute resolution, government relations and corporate affairs.
Mr McKeiver has been advising listed and unlisted companies and government sector clients on corporate and commercial matters, and major project development including in the iron ore sector. He has served on numerous company boards and executive committees, and is an experienced company director.
Mr McKeiver is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a University Fellow with Charles Darwin University.
