Peter Tazewell is an experienced C-suite executive with considerable finance, management, transaction and corporate experience. He also has significant capital markets experience in equity and debt markets, having
undertaken IPOs, secondary capital raisings and debt refinancing projects. Mr Tazewell was the chief executive and managing director of DTI Group and prior to that, he was chief financial officer of Matrix Composites & Engineering, chief executive of Sungrid, and chief financial officer of CSBP (the chemical manufacturing division of Wesfarmers). He also held several senior financial and commercial roles within the Wesfarmers group. Mr Tazewell had also worked in the equity capital markets division of Macquarie Bank and was a director of corporate finance at KPMG.
