Peter Rowles

In 1983, Peter Rowles founded Underground Services Australia which services the gas sector. In 1988, he expanded the business into the water sector, and then incorporated power in 1990. In 2009, the CFC Group took full control of his company and Mr Rowles remained at the helm to assist with its transition into the group until 2010. In 2016, Mr Rowles founded Cape and was its chief executive until October 2019 when he stepped down from the role to focus on special projects such as maximising opportunities presented by the recent acquisition of the Dunstans Construction Group business in Victoria.
