Penny Winn has over 30 years of experience in retail, supply chain and digital strategy; and held senior management roles within Australia and overseas.
She was the director of group retail services at Woolworths where she was responsible for leading the logistics and information technology divisions, online retailing and customer engagement teams across the organisation. She was previously a director of a Woolworths business, Greengrocer.com, a Myer business, sass and bride and Quantium Group.
Ms Winn has been an independent non-executive director of Goodman Limited, Goodman Funds Management, CSR and Caltex Australia; and chair of Port Waratah Coal Services.
