Virgin executive team reshuffle

A slew of external hires head up Virgin Australia’s newly minted executive team, with outsiders named to key operational, corporate affairs and finance management roles.
Paul Jones became chief customer and digital officer of Virgin Australia in December 2020. Prior to that, he spent over nine years at Qantas holding multiple senior roles including as chief operations officer, chief information officer and executive manager of customer & digital strategy.
