Paul Guilfoyle

Paul Guilfoyle was the group chief executive of Harvest Technology Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Smart Marine Systems which appointed him as executive director in June 2019. He stepped down as executive director in July 2023 to focus solely on the operational leadership of the company, and departed the company in January 2024.

Mr Guilfoyle has significant experience and expertise within the marine industry, with strengths in operational planning and execution. Having been involved in senior roles for a number of marine companies during his career, he was involved in growing marine businesses with an emphasis on partnering with key industry contacts.
