New directors at AVZ
AVZ Minerals, formerly Avonlea Minerals, has appointed Klaus Eckhof as managing director and Patrick Flint as chairman, following the resignations of Roger Steinepreis and David Riekie.

Patrick Flint has been involved in the resources sector as a director or company secretary of ASX and Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies with mineral projects in Australia, Africa and Asia for the last 17 years.
He is a Chartered Accountant and has significant experience with project acquisitions, joint venture negotiations and management, fundraisings and corporate matters.
