Nicholas Clark joined ASX-listed company Alexium as chief financial officer in 2010. Alexium appointed Mr Clark to the US-based role of chief executive in 2013. He left the company in 2017.
Mr Clark's business and cycling credentials have since been called into question with articles in publications such as The Australian.
