Nic Tole

Nic Tolé is an energy and resources specialists in the Asia Pacific region. In September 2012, he was appointed to spearhead the energy and resources practice of the joint venture between Allens and Linklaters in Asia. Mr Tolé, who relocated from Perth to Hong Kong for the role, was a key figure in the growth and success of Allens operation in Western Australia, which has been used as a base to service both local and international transactions and projects. He acted for government and a number of major Australian blue-chip companies including significant matters for mining giant Rio Tinto, in both M&A and major projects.
