Neil Holland
General Manager, Corporate Services / CPC Engineering
Neil Holland joined CPC Engineering in January 2015 as general manager of corporate services and has management responsibility for the portfolios of human resources, IT, quality, occupational health and safety, environment and sustainability, enterprise risk and community relations.
Originally a surveyor by profession, Mr Holland specialised in industrial relations and human resource management since the late 1980s and has worked for companies such as WMC, Normandy and Newmont.
He is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
