Brownes milks social media revolt
Brownes Dairy believes it has benevolently quelled a social media revolt sparked by its move late last year to alter its flavoured milk recipes.
Natalie Sarich-Dayton is an international consumer goods marketer with over 20 years of experience in the food and drinks industry.
Ms Sarich-Dayton joined Brownes Dairy in November 2013 as marketing director and was tasked with delivering the best tasting dairy products to West Australian families. She was subsequently appointed director of sales and marketing in November 2017 before becoming chief executive & managing director in June 2021, and the first female to be appointed to the role in its 135-year history. In 2019 and 2020, her marketing leadership of Brownes Dairy was honoured with placings in the CMO50 list of Australia’s most innovative and effective Chief Marketing Officers.
Prior to Brownes, Ms Sarich-Dayton was a director of European portfolio development at Coca-Cola Enterprises where she was responsible for development of energy, sports and functional beverages across Great Britain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden and Norway. She had also spent a number of years at Heinz, Danone and Unilever in brand marketing roles within the UK and Australia.
