Mitch Reynolds

Mitch Reynolds advises clients on a wide range of finance transactions for national and international clients. More specifically, he has worked on projects in relation to property financing, receivables financing and securitisation, refinancing and other debt and equity financing arrangements. Mr Reynolds has also assisted clients on hotel redevelopment projects as well as Personal Property Securities Act issues. Prior to joining the financial services team at Squire Patton Boggs, he gained experience as a commercial litigation lawyer, having advised and appeared in matters across state and federal courts in large and complex litigation, tortious claims, competition and consumer law claims, criminal appeals and Corporations Act matters.
