Mirina Muir served on several boards including as chair of a regulatory board in Western Australia, executive member on joint venture boards involved in delivering resource and construction projects, vice chair of Chartered Institute Arbitrators (CIArb), and chair of Settlement Agents Supervisory Board. She has over 7 years of experience in corporate commercial leadership, international trade, corporate governance, legal and risk management, as well as strategy development and implementation of company-wide initiatives. Ms Muir was the principal director of AM Australia Consultancy for over 10 years which included consultancies for OTOC Australia, a company engaged in providing remote area infrastructure. She also assisted with overall commercial management of projects as well as McRae Investments, a private company with a diverse pool of assets, and with overall business strategies and both commercial and legal management.
