Miles Hull has been the managing director of Western Australia's hospitality development and management company Dark Horse Hospitality Group since 2016.

Prior to that, Mr Hull had co-founded and managed Alex Hotel Perth & Shadow Wine Bar for over 3 years, was head of creative development & marketing as well as a founding general manager of hospitality at Little Creatures for over 13 years, and the owner of Harvest Restaurant for over 4 years. During his time at Little Creatures, Mr Hull was responsible for the expansion of its marketing strategy on the east coast, and was instrumental in developing their dining hall concept in Fitzroy and establishing the White Rabbit Brewery in Healesville, both in Victoria.
