Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of financial services experience across Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom. Prior to being appointed chief financial officer of Cash Converters International in November 2019, Mr Murphy was based in Hong Kong with Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s (CBA) offshore retail banking and insurance business, International Financial Services. Prior to joining CBA, he held several senior roles with National Australia Bank including as chief financial officer of Asian operations and managing director of its wealth and advice business in Hong Kong.
