Michael Chester has more than 25 years of business and general management experience. He is highly experienced in the startup and development of business entities and divisions, having managed the establishment and expansion of many enterprises in Canada and Australia.
Mr Chester joined Interchange in August 2014 in the newly-created position of executive operations manager, having previously held the position of chief operating officer at Aurenda for more than 10 years. He left Interchange in November 2017 to join Uniting WA as chief operating officer before becoming its co-chief executive in May 2022.
