Charter Hall, Wyllie Group pay $41m for Fosters portfolio

Charter Hall Ltd and Perth-based Wyllie Group have paid $41 million for a portfolio of properties in inner city Melbourne owned by Fosters Group Ltd.
Melissa Karlson is the executive director of Wyllie Group. Mrs Karlson was appointed Wyllie Group's director of property management in 2003 and became managing director from August 2005 to 2010. She has experience in the property industry, financial markets, and the acquisition and disposal of investments. Mrs Karlson holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University.
