Deloitte buys Perth-based consulting firm
Deloitte is expanding its Perth change management services, acquiring two new partners and 22 staff from The Terrace Initiative.
Melissa Bell is an experienced business consultant and entrepreneur. She has advised clients such as Kuwait National Petroleum Company, BHP Billiton, South32, Rio Tinto and Deutsche Bank. She was a co-founder and joint chief executive of The Terrace Initiative. In April 2019, The Terrace Initiative was acquired by Deloitte and Ms Bell was appointed partner of its human capital consulting practice and head of a new Leader-led Change team (part of Deloitte Consulting’s Organisation Transformation practice).
