Megan McCracken has over 25 years of experience in the resources, automotive, energy and rail industries across Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.
She is the owner of management consultancy Pleiades Global and has sat on several industry bodies including the Australian Logistics Council and the Australasian Railway Association's Rail Workforce Development Committee.
Ms McCracken is a strong supporter of workplace diversity. She mentors men and women at all career stages and is chair of the National Association of Women in Operations.
