Matthew Thrush has over 29 years of highways engineering experience in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. He has been involved in delivering complex infrastructure projects such as the development of highway schemes, detailed design and construction phase projects, and undertaking roles in the delivery of network management services.

In Western Australia, Mr Thrush has been involved in the Mitchell Freeway Southbound Widening Cedric Street to Vincent Street, as well as a wide variety of projects through the Main Roads Engineering and Technical Services panel contract.
