Matthew Cronin is a director and senior executive who has held roles in both the public and private sectors focused on critical infrastructure, utilities, energy transition, and resources.
Mr Cronin has held senior roles at ATCO Australia, Western Power, the Water Corporation, and Aurizon.
During his time at Western Australia's Water Corporation, he led the acquisition of Flat Rocks Wind Farm and facilitated the development and implementation of its long-term strategy, Thrive 2035.
In 2024, Mr Cronin established his freelance consulting firm, BlackBird Management Consulting, and was appointed to Desert Knowledge Australia's finance, audit and risk management committee.
