Matthew Chau has developed a wealth of experience over many years in the property and construction sectors. At Blackburne, he is responsible for all stages of development for multi-residential apartment buildings, from site acquisition through to completion. He also has a significant level of management experience gained by overseeing large teams to successfully deliver projects in Perth and Melbourne. Mr Chau focuses on developing key commercial relationships and building the right teams of people to work collaboratively and deliver successful outcomes. His degrees in law and architecture enable him to independently manage commercial negotiations and oversee all aspects of delivery.
