Mathew Regan is an experienced executive who has worked for ASX-listed companies in multi-disciplinary environments, from supply chain and logistics to finance and trading. He is skilled in business strategy, culture and human resources, information technology, cyber security, innovation, digital and artificial intelligence. Mr Regan has a background of leading large information technology teams and delivering transformative change in
large corporate environments.
Prior to becoming the chief executive of Australian medical technology company Artrya in March 2023, Mr Regan was the head of production and supply chain at Quintis Sandalwood, and spent 4 years at Imdex where he had held the roles of chief transformation officer, chief information officer and chief of corporate shared services. He had also spent over 18 years with CBH Group where he led teams in the IT and grain quality areas - as grain quality manager where he led the implementation of quality optimisation and supply chain optimisation, and as general manager of corporate services where he was responsible for the human resources, organisational development and shared services portfolios.
Mr Regan holds a Masters of Information Management from the University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Edith Cowan University, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
