Mark Stewart is a globally experienced mining and resources executive with a legal and commercial background. He has been involved in a wide range of transactions across a large number of jurisdictions, and have significant commercial knowledge and multinational operational experience.
Mr Stewart has worked across Australia, South East Asia, Canada, North America and Africa. He held a series of senior management roles locally and internationally, and had managed the listing of (and fundraising for) several public companies.
